This ACT SB9 - HDG6 clutch kit is a great fit for 2002 - 2005 Subaru WRX, 2004 - 2005 Subaru Forester XT, and 2004 - 2005 Subaru Baja Turbo. It features a sprung, 6 - pad race clutch disc and a well - loved Heavy Duty pressure plate. You'll experience a light to moderate pedal feel and aggressive engagement, and it can handle up to 555 ft/lbs of torque. Ideal for high - horsepower street cars or race use. The ACT Heavy Duty pressure plates use an exclusive diaphragm design. They go through a four - stage heat - treating process for top - notch performance. With precision cover stampings, they offer rigidity and consistency. The 6 - pad spring - centered race disc dampens vibrations and resists failure in tough conditions. Its spring retainers offer better support and reliability. Engagement is harsher but shifting is faster. It's great for larger clutch sizes to absorb heat. The Monoloc is a one - piece replacement for the standard two - piece in pull - type clutches. It provides uniform loading and is made of hardened Chrome - moly steel for long - lasting service.
