Product Information

Part #: ACR - 1850. The Action Clutch Ironman Clutch Kit, crowned product of the year at Action, is tested to handle over 550hp. Ideal for race and heavy - track use, it features a single dual - clamp diaphragm iron puck clutch system. With increased holding capacity designed just for track apps, it offers a heavy pedal feel with smooth engagement. It has great holding for a single - plate clutch, strictly for track use, best paired with Action Steel Flywheels. The engagement is on - off, and it's made of American Sintered Iron Formula. There's no clutch chatter but light engagement noise and more gear rattle. Not for daily driving.

Using this Action Clutch Ironman Clutch Kit is straightforward. First, make sure it's paired with an Action Steel Flywheel as recommended. It's really meant for track use only, so don't try using it for your daily commute. When you engage the clutch, expect a heavy pedal feel, but the engagement is smooth. Just be aware that there will be a bit of light engagement noise and increased gear rattle, but no clutch chatter. As for maintenance, since it's for track applications, check it regularly after each track day. Look for any signs of wear and tear on the sintered iron disc. If you notice any issues, it's best to have it inspected by a professional mechanic right away. Remember, this clutch is built to handle high horsepower, but proper care will keep it performing at its best.
