Product Information

Part #: FJK1000 - HD - OCE. For top - notch performance, an SFI - approved single mass flywheel is recommended. This clutch system is built for racing. The pressure plate is precisely balanced to run smoothly at high RPMs, and its fulcrum is adjusted for quick and positive disengagement during shifts. The disc has a Dual Damped design, offering great control when accelerating through corners. The friction material is a hybrid: a full - face Feramic (Sintered Iron) lining on the flywheel side and a high - metal - content Organic lining on the pressure plate side. Thanks to the high graphite in Feramic facings, engagement is firm yet cushioned. Ideal for daily driving, street use, and especially for Rally and Endurance racing. It can handle a torque of 565 Ft - Lb at the crank.

How to use: Install the clutch kit following the vehicle's manual. Make sure to use an SFI - approved single mass flywheel for the best performance. When driving, the clutch will give you a firm and responsive feel, especially during high - RPM and quick - shift situations. Notice that it's great for daily use but really shines in rally and endurance racing. Things to note: Avoid over - revving the engine when the clutch is engaged for long periods, as it may cause unnecessary wear. Also, make sure to check the installation for any loose parts before each race or long drive. Maintenance advice: Regularly inspect the friction material for signs of wear. If you notice a decrease in performance or strange noises, it might be time to check the clutch components. Keep the clutch clean and dry to prevent corrosion and damage.
