Product Information

Part #: FF01. Product Fitment includes 2002 - 2005 Subaru WRX, 2004 - 2005 Subaru Forester XT, 2004 - 2006 Subaru Baja Turbo, and 1991 - 1994 Subaru Legacy Sport. EXEDY flywheels are a great choice for both racing and street use. They're made of solid one - piece billet chromoly steel or chromoly steel forgings, combining low weight, low inertia, and high thermal capacity. This design reduces weight and inertia, leading to better engine response. Many flywheels have special features to improve airflow and cool the clutch. Unlike aluminum flywheels, the ring gear teeth are integrated onto the flywheel, eliminating the risk of separation. These flywheels have passed engineering tests up to 15,000 - 18,000 rpm and are SFI approved. Weight: 12.7lbs.

Using your Exedy lightweight flywheel is straightforward. First, make sure your vehicle is one of the compatible models like the 2002 - 2005 Subaru WRX. Installation should be done by a professional mechanic to ensure it's set up correctly. When driving, you'll notice improved engine response right away, which is great for both racing and normal street use. As for maintenance, regularly check the flywheel for any signs of wear and tear. Keep it clean to prevent dirt and debris from affecting its performance. Also, since it has been tested to high RPMs, don't worry too much about normal high - speed driving, but always drive safely. If you have any concerns during use, it's best to consult a mechanic.
