Part #: PP - BTGK001. Are you facing strange electrical problems in your Subaru? Have you installed TGV Deletes or Manifold Spacers and are having issues? Maybe you painted your intake manifold? If you own a Subaru, you definitely need the iWire Grounding Kit! Not all grounding systems are the same, and this is especially true for Subarus. The factory - installed grounding system in Subarus is, at best, mediocre. Weak grounding circuits can cause odd electrical glitches, and any changes to the original wiring can make these problems worse. That's why we recommend this kit for every modified Subaru on the market. Crafted from high - quality materials, the iWire Grounding Kit offers flexible installation. You can route it through the engine bay as you like - hide it for a clean look or place it on top. Simply mount the black junction block to your chassis and use the ring terminals to bolt in the following spots: 1. Chassis at the negative battery ground contact. 2. On the engine block. 3. On the alternator housing. 4. Intake Manifold (bolt to the top for metal manifolds, or to the TGV block for plastic ones). Check out the full install video here - https://youtu.be/AS6IjyXH7Bc. This kit is compatible with all Subarus and has enough length for various routing and mounting options.

Using the iWire Grounding Kit is quite simple. First, you need to mount the black junction block to your car's chassis. Then, use the ring terminals to connect the kit to specific locations: the chassis where the negative battery ground touches, the engine block, the alternator housing, and the intake manifold (bolt to the top if it's a metal manifold or to the TGV block if it's plastic). You can route the kit through the engine bay however you prefer, either hiding it for a cleaner look or placing it on top. When installing, make sure all connections are tight to avoid loose electrical contacts. As for maintenance, periodically check the connections to ensure they haven't come loose over time. If you notice any signs of corrosion on the terminals, clean them gently with a wire brush. Also, if you're planning to make further modifications to your car's electrical system, consult a professional to ensure the grounding kit works well with the new setup.
