Product Information

This Cobb EBCS fitting upgrade kit is a must - have for Subaru, Mazda, and Mitsubishi car enthusiasts. It fits a wide range of models including the 2002 - 2014 Subaru WRX, 2004 - 2021 Subaru STI, 2004 - 2013 Subaru Forester XT, 2005 - 2012 Subaru Legacy GT, 2005 - 2009 Subaru Outback XT, 2007 - 2013 Mazdaspeed 3, and 2008 - 2015 Mitsubishi Evolution X. The kit features 1/4 - inch nickel - plated barbed fittings for corrosion resistance. It comes with 36 inches of 1/4 - inch silicone boost line, a 1/4 - inch plastic T - fitting, and is an excellent EBCS upgrade. Ideal for external wastegate setups, it allows for better control by upgrading from 1/8 - inch to 1/4 - inch fittings. The low - profile fittings make it easy to install the Electronic Boost Controller even in tight engine bays. An installation guide is also included.

Using this Cobb EBCS fitting upgrade kit is straightforward. First, make sure your vehicle is in a safe and stable position and the engine is cool. Refer to the included installation guide for detailed steps. When installing, connect the 1/4 - inch nickel - plated barbed fittings to the appropriate parts of your engine's wastegate system. Attach the 36 - inch silicone boost line and the 1/4 - inch plastic T - fitting as instructed. It's important to double - check all connections to ensure they are secure. As for maintenance, regularly inspect the nickel - plated barbed fittings for any signs of corrosion. If you notice any wear on the silicone boost line, replace it promptly. Keep the plastic T - fitting clean and free of debris. When handling the kit, avoid using excessive force as it may damage the components.
