Product Information

Part #: SB1001-039. Every JE Pro Seal Head Gasket is crafted from top - notch raw materials like AISI 304 Stainless Steel. It uses advanced processes such as in - line laser cutting and multi - stage embossing to guarantee the highest quality. Each layer of our Multi - Layered Steel gaskets is individually cut and shaped to boost performance. Our proprietary coating technologies use multiple layers to create an ultimate seal between the head and block mating surfaces. These coatings usually eliminate the need for extra deck surfacing. Our coating process fully encapsulates all exposed metal, which is much better than other products with exposed raw steel edges. The layers include fluoroelastomer (FKM) for excellent temperature and chemical resistance. This technology offers great conformability, oxidation resistance, and easy removal even after extreme temperature exposure. *Sold Individually. Specs: Gasket Bore (inch): 3.937, Gasket Bore (mm): 100.00, Thickness (inch): 0.039, Thickness (mm): 1.00.

Using this JE Pro Seal head gasket is straightforward. First, make sure the mating surfaces of the head and block are clean and free of debris. Carefully place the gasket in position, aligning it properly. When installing, follow the manufacturer's torque specifications for the bolts. As for maintenance, check the gasket regularly for any signs of wear or damage, especially after long - term use or high - temperature exposure. If you notice any issues, replace the gasket promptly. It's also a good idea to keep the engine clean to prevent dirt and contaminants from affecting the gasket's performance.
