Product Information

Say goodbye to your old, boring oil cap and welcome a sleek, eye - catching upgrade to spruce up your engine bay! When we crafted this new oil cap, our goal was to create something truly distinctive in the market. It's a simple yet impactful design. The 'The Bolt' Oil Caps are inspired by the OEM zinc - coated bolts Subaru uses in the engine bay. Machined from 6061 Billet Aluminum and available in clear or yellow zinc coating, this oil cap has a unique and understated design that outshines the rest. ### Quick Specs - Won't interfere with any hoses or intercooler piping. - Factory - fit for an easy and clean installation. - Made from 6061 Aluminum with a durable zinc finish. - Comes with a replacement oil cap O - ring! - Fits all Subaru models from 1989 - 2020, including FRS/86.

Using this oil cap is a breeze. Just remove your old oil cap and replace it with the new 'The Bolt' Oil Cap. It has a factory fit, so it should go on smoothly without any hassle. When installing, make sure it's tightened properly, but don't over - tighten as it could damage the cap or the engine's oil filler opening. For maintenance, you can simply wipe it down with a clean cloth from time to time. If it gets dirty, use a mild automotive cleaner and a soft brush to gently clean the surface. Avoid using abrasive materials as they might scratch the zinc coating. Keep it in a dry place when not in use to prevent rusting. And remember, it comes with a replacement O - ring, so if you notice any signs of leakage, you can easily replace it.
