Fitment Information: This conversion kit fits 2004 - 2006 Subaru STI, 2005 - 2007 Subaru Legacy GT, and 2004 - 2005 Subaru Forester XT. Fitment Notes: It's been tested to directly fit Injector Dynamics 1050x, 1300x, and 1700x. If you use stock injectors, you'll need shorter phenolic spacers, which can be bought separately. Features: IAG offers an easy fuel rail solution to cut the cost of converting to top - feed injectors on older Subaru models. You can keep your side - feed TGVs and simply swap in our injector conversion bosses, new conversion rails, hardware, and your chosen top - feed injectors. This kit boosts the power limit of your Subaru's fuel system. Factory fuel rails work in series, and when horsepower goes over 350whp, the stock rail may not supply fuel to the last cylinder well, leading to a lean run and possible failure. Our billet fuel rails solve this problem. They operate in parallel, giving equal fuel to each cylinder bank and ensuring the same fuel pressure for each injector. The rail bore is machined to 5/8' ID and can accept - 8 O - ring boss fittings, increasing the rail's volume for more fuel at high power. These rails have been tested up to 850hp in real - world conditions. They're CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum, have a black anodized finish with an engraved IAG Logo, and are made at the IAG facility in Westminster, Maryland. Using this fuel rail conversion kit is straightforward. First, make sure your Subaru model is one of the compatible ones: 2004 - 2006 STI, 2005 - 2007 Legacy GT, or 2004 - 2005 Forester XT.
