Product Information

The AEM 21 - 547B Cold Air Intake System is a game - changer for your 2003 - 2006 Nissan 350Z. It boosts horsepower and torque by swapping out the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing. Designed, tuned, and dyno - tested for specific 350Z models, this system draws air through an oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter. This filter offers excellent air flow, filtration, and performance. It's placed in the driver - side wheel well behind the front bumper to lower intake air temperature and increase power. The intake tubing is made of mandrel - bent aluminum with a tough blue powder - coated finish. It's also compatible with the engine's factory emissions control devices. The tapered cylinder AEM Dryflow filter uses oil - free synthetic media and can go up to 100,000 miles before cleaning (depending on driving). AEM backs this system with a Lifetime Limited Warranty. Note that some AEM air intakes aren't legal in California and states with similar emission standards, while others are 50 - state legal. Check the 21 - 547B vehicle applications for each vehicle's legal status. Part #: 21 - 547B

Using the AEM 21 - 547B Cold Air Intake System is easy. Just install it following the included instructions in place of your vehicle's old air filter and intake housing. Before you start driving, double - check that all connections are secure. When it comes to maintenance, the AEM Dryflow air filter can last up to 100,000 miles before needing a clean, but this depends on your driving conditions. If you often drive on dusty roads, you might need to clean it sooner. To clean the filter, use a mild cleaner and water, then let it dry completely before reinstalling. Also, be aware of the legal status of this intake in your state. Some areas have strict emission standards, so make sure it's legal to use where you live to avoid any fines.
