Product Information

This 3MI Racing hose adapter is a must - have for installing IAG Street, IAG Comp, Cobb, and Crawford AOS systems with the 3MI Racing AOS to EJ drain hose. It easily converts the 7/8 - inch block outlet to a 5/8 - inch vent hose, providing a simple way to connect these AOS systems to the 3MI drain hose. The drain hose can be bought separately. This barb replaces the 'Y' fitting in the AOS kits. Connect the AOS drain barb to the 1/2 portion of the 3MI Racing drain hose. The 5/8 hose goes directly into the top of the center block vent, with the adapter handling the 5/8 to 7/8 hose size conversion. It's made of 6061 - T6 and features a 7/8 to 5/8 male - to - male barb fitting, perfect for adapting various AOS kits to the 3MI Racing AOS to EJ Turbo Drain House Kit.

Using this 3MI Racing hose adapter is easy. First, remove the 'Y' fitting that comes with your AOS kit. Then, connect the AOS drain barb (at the bottom of the can) to the 1/2 portion of the 3MI Racing drain hose. Next, take the 5/8 hose and put it directly into the top of the center block vent. The adapter will take care of converting the hose size from 5/8 to 7/8. When it comes to maintenance, just give it a regular check to make sure there are no signs of wear or leaks. If you notice any damage, it's best to replace it right away. Also, keep in mind that the drain hose is sold separately, so you'll need to get that if you don't already have it.
