Product Information

Upgrade your Nissan 350z or Infiniti G35 with Voodoo 13 adjustable rear traction rods. These rods replace the OE arms with rubber bushings that wear out over time. They can affect toe change during extreme acceleration and braking, but our traction rods solve this problem. You can adjust the bumpsteer curve by changing the rod length. The adjusting rod is precision CNC machined from high - strength 6061 - T6 aluminum with MIL - A - 8625 Type III Hard Anodize coating. The steel brackets are CNC laser cut, bent, and TIG welded, and stainless steel CNC'd spacers are used, ensuring they can handle the abuse from both street and track cars. We use QA1 XM Chromoly Steel heim joints, heat - treated for strength and durability. The spherical rod end is self - sealing and self - lubricated thanks to its Nylon/PTFE injection - molded race that keeps dirt out. Note: The 7/8″ heim in this application may make noise when switching from the OE rubber - bushing traction rod. Fits 2003 - 2008 Nissan 350z, 2003 - 2007 Infiniti G35 Coupe, and 2003 - 2006 Infiniti G35 Sedan.

Using these Voodoo 13 adjustable rear traction rods is straightforward. First, remove the original OE arms from your Nissan 350z or Infiniti G35. Then, install the new traction rods in their place. You can adjust the bumpsteer curve by changing the length of the rods to suit your driving needs. When it comes to maintenance, keep an eye on the heim joints. Check them regularly for any signs of wear or damage. Clean the spherical rod ends occasionally to keep dirt and debris away. Since the spherical rod end is self - lubricated, you don't need to add extra lubrication often. Also, be aware that when you switch from the OE traction rod with a rubber bushing to these rods, the 7/8″ heim may make some noise. This is normal and doesn't affect the performance of the rods.
