Product Information

This HKS Turbo Timer Harness is a must - have for Subaru WRX and STI owners from 2008 to 2014. Its harness type is FT - 6 and it's perfectly compatible with HKS Turbo Timers. With a plug - and - play design, it connects directly to your ignition system. HKS engineered this harness for a neat and seamless installation. All you need to do is access your ignition harness, remove the factory connectors, and then re - attach them to the HKS harness. One end connects to the HKS harness, and the other goes back to the factory provisions. The extra clip provides power to the turbo timer. By using this harness, you can enjoy the turbo timer and significantly extend the lifespan of your turbocharger.

Using this HKS Turbo Timer Harness is easy. First, find your ignition harness. Carefully unclip the factory connectors from the ignition harness and then clip them onto the HKS harness. Make sure the connections are secure. Connect the other end of the harness back to the factory provisions. The additional clip is for powering the turbo timer. Just plug it in, and you're good to go. As for maintenance, check the connections regularly to ensure they stay tight. If you notice any loose connections, re - clip them properly. Try to keep the harness away from excessive heat or moisture as it may damage the wiring. Also, if you're planning any major repairs or modifications to your car, disconnect the harness first to avoid any potential electrical issues.
