Product Information

Part #: IS - NIS - 1330. This ISR Performance Brake Line Kit is a perfect fit for Nissan 350Z from 2002 to 2007. Inside the box, you'll find 2 front brake lines, 2 rear brake lines, 4 banjo bolts, and 8 crush washers. Installation should be done by a pro. First, raise the vehicle, remove wheels, and drain brake fluid. Carefully take out old lines, noting C - clip and banjo positions. Remove crush washers. Each kit has all necessary OEM replacement adapters and bolts. Clean sealing surfaces. Fit the lines along the original OEM path, using new crush washers. Ensure tabs and brackets are properly attached. Check line lengths, avoid kinks. Tighten bolts to recommended torque (12 - 14 ft/lbs if no spec). Bleed brakes with fresh DOT - approved fluid as per vehicle manufacturer's advice. Before driving, check for tight connections and leaks. Recheck after 100 miles. Don't mix rubber and stainless - steel lines. Don't force or stretch stainless - steel hoses. All ISR Performance products are for off - road use only.

Hey there! Here's how to use this ISR Performance Brake Line Kit for your Nissan 350Z. First, get a professional mechanic to do the installation. Start by raising your car, taking off the wheels, and draining all the brake fluid. Then, carefully remove the old brake lines, being careful not to splash the paint with the fluid. Make sure to note where the C - clips and banjos are. Take off all the old crush washers. This kit comes with everything you need to replace the original parts. Clean the surfaces where the lines connect. Fit the new lines following the path of the old ones, and use the new crush washers. Check that the lines aren't kinked or twisted. Tighten the bolts to the right amount of force. After that, bleed the brakes with new DOT - approved brake fluid as your car's maker says. Before you go for a drive, double - check that all the connections are tight and there are no leaks. After you've driven 100 miles, check again. Also, don't mix rubber and stainless - steel lines on the same brake system, and never try to force or stretch the stainless - steel hoses. Remember, this product is only for off - road use.
