Product Information

Part #: DP3966C. Redstuff pads are designed for passenger cars, not trucks or SUVs. They're EBC's lowest - dust fast street pads, offering a 20 - 25% brake improvement. You can use them for repeated heavy braking without brake 'Fall - Off'. They cause very little damage to discs/rotors. These pads are perfect for prestige imports, European, and Asian cars and are ECE R 90 type - approved for most vehicles. They feature a red 'brake in' surface coating for instant safe braking after installation. The 09 version of EBC Redstuff, EBC's flagship street brake pad material for cars over 200BHP, sets new standards in brake performance. It reduces pad 'Pick up', disc scoring, and dust even more. Fitment includes 1990 - 1997 Legacy models (4X4, Base, Brighton, etc.) and 1991 - 1994 Legacy 4X4, Sport, as well as 1995 - 1996 Impreza L, LX, Outback.

Using these EBC Redstuff front brake pads is straightforward. First, make sure your vehicle is the right fit as specified in the product details. When installing, take note of the red 'brake in' surface coating. This coating allows for instant safe braking after installation, but drive carefully for the first few miles to fully bed the pads in. As for maintenance, regularly check your brake system. Look for any signs of excessive wear on the pads or rotors. If you notice any unusual noises or reduced braking performance, it might be time to inspect the pads. Remember, these pads are designed for passenger cars, so don't use them on trucks or SUVs. Keep them clean and dry when not in use to ensure their longevity and optimal performance.
