Using the IAG AOS Strut Tower Bracket is quite simple. First, make sure your vehicle is one of the compatible models (2006 - 2007 Subaru WRX, 2004 - 2007 Subaru STI, or 2004 - 2008 Subaru Forester XT). Then, remove the old mounting bracket from your IAG AOS kit if it's the pre - April 2016 version. Take the new powder - coated black aluminum bracket and use the included 8mm x 16mm and 6mm x 12mm socket head cap screws to attach it to the passenger - side strut tower. Position the AOS on this new bracket to clear any rotated turbo kits, large TMICs, or FMICs. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the screws to make sure they're tight. If you notice any signs of wear on the bracket, like chipping of the powder - coat, it's a good idea to have it inspected. Also, keep in mind that this bracket is the standard one for AOS kits with part # IAG - ENG - 7250 and IAG - ENG - 7150, so if you're using those kits, you're all set with this bracket.
