Using this oil change kit is easy. First, make sure your car engine is cool. Then, drain the old oil from your Subaru EJ engine. Replace the old oil filter with the Subaru OEM Oil Filter provided in the kit. Put the new crush gasket in place. Pour in the Motul Synthetic - ester Racing Oil 300V POWER 5W40. Be careful not to overfill. Check the oil level with the dipstick. As for maintenance, it's a good idea to change the oil and filter regularly according to your car's manual.
