Using this oil change kit is easy. First, make sure your car engine is cool. Then, locate the oil drain plug and place a drain pan beneath it. Remove the drain plug and let the old oil drain out completely. Next, take out the old oil filter and replace it with the K&N Oil Filter included in the kit. After that, install the new Subaru OEM Oil Drain Plug Gasket on the drain plug and put it back in place. Finally, pour the Motul 8100 5w30 X - Clean Engine Oil into the engine. Note: Always wear gloves and safety glasses when performing an oil change. Also, check the oil level after the change. For maintenance, follow your car's manufacturer - recommended oil change intervals. Keep the kit in a cool, dry place when not in use.
