About Street Series EJ Oil Pan: The cooling fins on this oil pan help dissipate heat from the oil. The oil drain plug at the bottom ensures all waste oil is removed during maintenance. It uses an OEM - style crush washer. There's a 1/8 - inch NPT port for oil temperature sensors, and a plug is included if you don't use it. The upper flange has a CNC - machined mounting surface and a sealing O - ring for easy installation and removal. The dipstick uses included OEM - style Viton o - rings with a unique chamfer for easy installation.

Using the IAG EJ Street Series Oil Pan is straightforward. First, gather all the parts from the box. Make sure you have the oil pan, baffle, mounting hardware, and other components. When installing, if you're using an IAG or Killer B oil pickup, don't forget to use the included IAG oil pickup spacer. The pan is designed to work well with IAG, Killer B, and OEM oil pickups, but avoid using the Moroso Oil Pickup. During maintenance, the oil drain plug at the bottom of the pan makes it easy to remove all the waste oil. Just unscrew the plug, and the oil will flow out. Remember to replace the OEM - style crush washer each time you change the oil. The oil baffle inside the pan helps prevent oil from sloshing around. You can remove it for cleaning or future upgrades. To keep your oil pan in good condition, regularly check the cooling fins for any debris or blockages. Also, make sure the O - rings and gaskets are in good shape. If you notice any leaks or issues, replace the faulty parts promptly. The 1/8 - inch NPT port can be used for an oil temperature sensor. If you don't use it, keep the included plug in place to prevent dirt and debris from getting in.
