Product Information

Part #: IBR-FFLK. This kit is ideal for replacing stock fuel lines on Subaru cars with EJ series engines when using aftermarket fuel rails. It comes with anodized black aluminum fittings and a stainless - steel reinforced fuel line with a nylon outer braid for excellent abrasion resistance. Compatibility includes Subaru WRX from 2002 - 2014, STi from 2007 - 2020, Forester XT from 2006 - 2013, and Legacy 2.5GT from 2007 - 2012. Other cars might also work, but different fittings are needed for firewall hard line connections. The kit contains 10ft of - 6 AN fuel line compatible with both Gasoline and E85, 4 - 8 ORB to - 6 AN adapters for most aftermarket fuel rails, 3 - 6 ORB to - 6 AN adapters for aftermarket fuel pressure regulators, 2 5/16 Quick Connect Fuel Line to - 6 AN adapters for OEM fuel hard lines, 1 - 6 AN Tee Fitting for parallel fuel feed, 5 - 6 AN Straight Fittings, 7 - 6 AN 90 Degree Fittings, and 1 - 6 AN Aluminum Wrench. It's a universal kit, so you may need to adjust fitting locations based on your fuel rails, turbo placement, and fuel pressure regulator. Mock up all fittings and hose lengths before final cuts. We recommend the Aeromotive A1000 - 6 Fuel Pressure Regulator. After trimming the hose, clean it of debris before installing fittings. There are many online how - to videos, and you can contact us if you have questions.

Using this fuel line kit is straightforward. First, make sure your Subaru has an EJ series engine and you're using aftermarket fuel rails. Take all the parts out of the kit and lay them out. Mock up the fittings and hose lengths according to your car's fuel rails, turbo placement, and fuel pressure regulator location. This will help you figure out where each part goes and if you need to use different fittings in different spots. Before making any final cuts to the hose, double - check your measurements. After cutting the 10ft - 6 AN fuel line, clean it thoroughly to remove any debris from the cutting process. Then, start installing the fittings. You can refer to the many how - to videos online for guidance. When it comes to the fuel pressure regulator, we suggest using the Aeromotive A1000 - 6 because it's reliable and popular. As for maintenance, regularly check the fittings for tightness. Look for any signs of wear on the fuel line, especially the nylon outer braid. If you notice any leaks or damage, replace the affected parts right away. And if you have any questions during the installation or maintenance process, don't hesitate to contact us.
