SubiSpeed Headlight Smoked Overlays
It's amazing how a simple overlay can totally change your vehicle's look. By applying these smoked overlays to your SubiSpeed headlights, you can hide the bright orange sidemarker and make the large lens less obvious.
These overlays cover both the side and top of the headlight lens. NOTE: Only fits SubiSpeed headlights.
INSTALLATION
For installation, keep a hair dryer or heat gun handy. Wash your hands and clean the area where you'll apply the overlay. Make some soapy water (a drop of dish soap or a bit of hand soap in a cup or bottle of water, more water than soap). You can put this on the back of the overlay and the lens. This helps you move the overlay around and get rid of air bubbles once it's in place. We use our fingers as they won't scratch the material.
Put on the overlay and align the bigger part first. Then check the smaller top area. Once you're happy with the alignment, start pushing out the water and air bubbles. You can make small adjustments, and a bit of heat makes it easier to place the vinyl exactly where you want. Just don't get it too hot or you might damage the vinyl. Work towards the end of the top part and push down any vinyl that's over the edge of the lens.
These SubiSpeed headlight smoked overlays are a great way to give your 2015 - 2021 WRX/STI a new look. They cover the side and top of the headlight lens, hiding the bright orange sidemarker and making the large lens less noticeable.

Note that these overlays only fit SubiSpeed headlights. After installation, keep the overlays clean by gently wiping them with a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners as they may damage the vinyl.
