They lower the rear trailing arms and rear subframe from the body, realigning your rear wheels to the center. Using this rear alignment kit is easy. First, make sure your Subaru Forester (2014 - 2018) or Crosstrek (2013 - 2017) has a lift kit, lift springs, or both installed. Then, you can install the spacers on the rear trailing arms and rear subframe. The spacers will help realign your rear wheels to the center. When installing, use the included custom - manufactured metric 10.9 grade zinc - plated bolts and washers. Be careful when handling the parts as they are made of aluminum. As for maintenance, since the parts are anodized, they have good corrosion protection. But it's still a good idea to clean them regularly, especially if you drive in harsh conditions.
