Product Information

Part #: IS - NIS - 1339. This ISR Performance brake line kit is a top - notch upgrade for your 2009 - 2013 Nissan 370Z with standard brakes. Inside the box, you'll find 2 front brake line assemblies, 2 rear brake lines, 4 banjo bolts, and 8 crush washers. Installation should be done by a pro. First, raise the vehicle, remove the wheels, and drain the brake fluid. Then, carefully take out the old brake lines, being careful not to splash paint. Note the positions of C - clips and banjos. Clean the sealing surfaces. Fit the new lines following the original path of the OEM lines, using the new crush washers. Make sure the lines aren't kinked or twisted and that the suspension and steering can move freely. Tighten the banjo bolts and end fittings to the recommended torque. Bleed the brakes with fresh DOT - approved fluid as per the vehicle manufacturer's advice. Before test - driving, double - check all connections. After 100 miles, recheck for tightness and leaks. Remember, don't mix rubber and stainless - steel lines, and never force or stretch the stainless - steel hoses. All ISR Performance products are for off - road use only.

Using this ISR Performance brake line kit for your 2009 - 2013 Nissan 370Z is a great way to enhance your braking system. First, make sure to have a professional mechanic handle the installation. When starting the process, raise your car, take off the wheels, and drain all the old brake fluid. Remove the existing brake lines gently to avoid damaging the paint. Take note of where the C - clips and banjos are. Clean the sealing areas before fitting the new lines. Start at the caliper and follow the original path of the old lines. Use the new crush washers that come with the kit. Check that the lines aren't kinked or twisted and that the suspension and steering can move without any issues. Tighten the bolts and end fittings according to the recommended torque. Use fresh DOT - approved brake fluid to bleed the brakes as the vehicle maker suggests. Before you go for a test drive, check all the connections to make sure they're tight and not leaking. After driving for 100 miles, recheck everything again. Also, don't mix rubber hoses and stainless - steel lines in the same system, and never try to force or stretch the stainless - steel hoses. And keep in mind that these products are designed for off - road use only.
