Product Information

Part #: NSK1000 - HD - DXD - B. For drag racing, when the original design is Dual Mass, each kit comes with a Single Mass SFI - approved Flywheel. This clutch system features a Heavy Duty Pressure Plate adapted for a puck - style disc. Without cushion between linings, it shortens and speeds up clutch pedal travel. The puck - design disc cuts rotational mass and total drive surface area, while boosting pressure per square inch on the friction material. This setup reduces inertia and quickly transfers torque from the engine to the wheels. The friction material is Graphite Impregnated Ceramic, excelling in durability, low chatter, heat transfer, and torque capacity. Ideal for drag racing, drifting, and limited street use. Torque Rating (at crank): 500 Ft - Lb. Uses flywheel part # SBCNIS - 2.

This South Bend Clutch drag stage 2 clutch kit is designed for specific Nissan 350Z and Infiniti G35 models. To use it, make sure to install the included Single Mass SFI - approved Flywheel if your original design is Dual Mass. When driving, you'll notice the short and quick clutch pedal travel. For drag racing and drifting, it offers great performance. On the street, use it sparingly. As for maintenance, regularly check the friction material for wear. If you notice any unusual chatter or reduced performance, it might be time to inspect the clutch. Keep the clutch clean to ensure optimal heat transfer. And always follow the manufacturer's instructions when it comes to torque ratings and part compatibility.
