Product Information

Part #: BC6608. Brian Crower connecting rods for the EJ20/EJ25 engines are crafted from 4340 billet steel. These rods are tailor - made for high - horsepower forced induction and high - revving naturally aspirated engines. Produced in advanced CNC machining centers, they offer high precision for your Subaru. Each set comes with four rods and aluminum bronze bushings. You can choose between ARP2000 fasteners (rated for 200 HP per cylinder) and ARP625+ fasteners (rated for 300 HP per cylinder). Note: These rods are sold in sets of four.

Using these Brian Crower connecting rods is straightforward. First, make sure your engine is properly prepared and clean before installation. When choosing between the ARP2000 and ARP625+ fasteners, pick the one that suits your engine's horsepower needs. If your engine has a lower horsepower per cylinder, the ARP2000 fasteners will work great. For higher - power setups, go for the ARP625+ ones. During installation, follow the standard procedures for connecting rod installation in your Subaru's EJ20/EJ25 engine. Make sure to torque the fasteners to the recommended specifications. As for maintenance, regularly check the rods for any signs of wear or damage, especially after long - term use or high - stress driving. If you notice any issues, have a professional mechanic inspect and replace the parts if necessary. Keep your engine well - lubricated to ensure smooth operation of the rods.
