Product Information

Fitment Information: These Manley H - Beam connecting rods are a great fit for 2002 - 2005 Subaru WRX and 2004 - 2021 Subaru STI models. Please note that these rods can only be used in an EJ255 engine with an aftermarket piston that doesn't need a tapered connecting rod. Features: Manley has been in the engine parts business since 1966. They make both aftermarket and OEM engine internals and supply cars like the Ford GT. Their Turbo Tuff line is top - notch, but the H - Beam rods are a more affordable option. Partially made in China and finished in the US, they cut costs without sacrificing quality. They're a great alternative to Eagle rods. These rods are weight - matched within +/- 1.5 grams and have perfectly rounded ends. They're ideal for street applications up to 600 wheel horsepower. They come as a set of four and are suitable for Subaru EJ205 and EJ257 engines. Specs: Big End Bore: 2.164'. Big End Width:.840'. Center - to - Center: 5.137'. Pin Bore:.9063'. Pin Diameter:.905' (23mm). Weight: 535g. Manley Pistons can be bought separately here at IIR.

Using these Manley H - Beam connecting rods is straightforward. First, make sure your car is a 2002 - 2005 Subaru WRX or a 2004 - 2021 Subaru STI. If you're using an EJ255 engine, you need an aftermarket piston that doesn't require a tapered connecting rod. The rods come as a set of four, so you can install them all at once. They're a great choice for street use up to 600 wheel horsepower. When it comes to maintenance, it's a good idea to check the rods regularly for any signs of wear or damage. You can clean them gently with a suitable engine part cleaner. If you notice any issues, it's best to replace them right away. And remember, you can buy Manley Pistons separately here to complete your engine setup.
