Product Information

Part #: 11109AA151. This OEM Subaru 2.5L oil pan is essential for fitting aftermarket headers on a 2002 - 2005 WRX. It provides clearance for the crossover pipe on the Perrin header. It's the stock oil pan for all 2004 - 2020 STi and 2006 - 2014 WRX models. Subaru introduced the new oil pan (111009AA151) to replace the (11109AA131). Structurally similar, the 151 model comes with an internal baffle, preventing oil from splashing everywhere like a shower when the drain plug is removed. Note that Subaru of America only warranties parts installed on a car with a matching VIN by a CERTIFIED Subaru Dealership. Use your best judgment when installing parts.

Using this Subaru oil pan is straightforward. First, make sure your car is a 2002 - 2005 WRX, 2004 - 2020 STi, or 2006 - 2014 WRX with a 2.5L engine. When installing, ensure it aligns properly to provide clearance for the crossover pipe on the Perrin header. For warranty, always have it installed by a CERTIFIED Subaru Dealership and make sure the part's VIN matches your car's. When it's time to drain the oil, thanks to the internal baffle, you won't have to deal with a messy oil spray. To maintain it, regularly check for any signs of damage or leaks. If you notice anything unusual, have it inspected by a professional.
