Unlike other brackets that can be bent by hand, Planted brackets won't bend or warp even when exposed to heat. These brackets are super versatile. They come with pre - drilled slots for sliders from top aftermarket seat brands like Sparco, Recaro, OMP, Cobra, Racetech, Status, Corbeau, Bride, Momo, etc. Plus, there's extra material for direct mounting if you want to ditch the sliders. Note that you may need a new seat belt bolt to install the factory seat belt with this base.

Using this seat base is easy. First, find the right position in your Subaru WRX / STI (2015 - 2021) or XV Crosstrek (2013 - 2015) passenger side. Then, attach the base to the car following the vehicle's installation guidelines. If you're using a seat with sliders, match the sliders to the pre - drilled slots on the base. If you want to directly mount the seat, use the extra material on the base. When installing the factory seat belt, keep in mind that you might need a new seat belt bolt.
