Unlike other brackets that can be bent by hand, Planted brackets won't bend or warp due to heat. These brackets are highly versatile. They come with predrilled slots for sliders from well - known aftermarket seat manufacturers such as Sparco, Recaro, OMP, Cobra, Racetech, Status, Corbeau, Bride, and Momo. There's also extra material for direct mounting if you want to skip using sliders. Note that you may need a new seat belt bolt to install the factory seat belt with this base.

Using this seat base is easy. First, make sure your Nissan 350z is parked on a flat surface and the engine is off. Place the seat base on the passenger side of your car. If you're using sliders from compatible aftermarket seat manufacturers, line them up with the predrilled slots on the base and secure them. If you choose to directly mount the seat without sliders, use the extra material on the base for installation. When installing the factory seat belt, keep in mind that you might need a new seat belt bolt. As for maintenance, regularly check the bolts for tightness. Clean the seat base with a mild detergent and a soft cloth to keep it looking good and functioning well. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they could damage the steel material.
