Part #: SMY - F1V3 - RDWH - GR. This rear brake light is a real eye - catcher! It features 8 red LEDs in the center and a white trapezoid light bar for daytime running lights. The 8 center LEDs offer two modes: hyper - flash F1 style and solid light, and you can easily switch between them from the driver's seat.
**Two Modes**:
- Mode 1: Hyper Flash Brake Light, hyper - blinks 15 times.
- Mode 2: Steady Brake Light, no flashing.
Note: You can switch modes using the brake pedal and headlight switch toggle from the driver's seat.

**For 2011 - 2014 WRX & STI Sedans**:
- BRAKE WIRE: Connect the red with white stripe wire from the car's tail light harness to the blue wire from the RBL.
- NEUTRAL WIRE: Connect the black wire from the car's tail light harness to the black wire from the RBL.
- DRL WIRE: Connect the black with white stripe wire from the car's tail light harness to the red wire from the RBL.
**Applications**:
- 2011 - 2014 WRX Sedan (No need for the supplied bracket).
- 2011 - 2014 STI Sedan (No need for the supplied bracket).

Using this rear brake light is a breeze. First, install it following the included instructions. Connect the wires as specified for your 2011 - 2014 Subaru WRX or STI sedan. Once installed, you can switch between the two modes right from your driver's seat using the brake pedal and headlight switch toggle. When you press the brake, the center LEDs will either hyper - flash 15 times (Mode 1) or stay solid (Mode 2). For the DRL function, when you turn on the marker lights, the white light bar will turn red. As for maintenance, keep it clean by wiping it with a soft cloth regularly.
