The glass lens features a plasma ion coating for a cool blue hue, and the interior is gold anodized. The H11 bulbs are 12v 55w white bulbs that emit a yellowish light, which is highly visible to the human eye. These lights are made by IPF, and the brackets are designed and manufactured by SMY Performance in the USA. Without baskets in front of the bulbs, the light output far surpasses OEM lights. Features include IPF fog lights (a top choice in Japan for Subarus), 55w H11 bulbs, custom CNC'd anodized aluminum brackets, and much greater light output compared to stock or HID - upgraded fog lights. Specs: The fog light lens is coated with Titanium & Magnesium to filter blue light for an amber output, made of glass, uses H11 base 12v 55W bulbs, and has gold - anodized fog light baskets. For some models like the 2014 - 2018 Forester and 2014 - 2018 Crosstrek, you'll need to trim the brackets a bit. When it comes to maintenance, keep the fog lights clean. You can use a mild glass cleaner on the glass lens. Avoid using abrasive materials that could scratch the plasma ion coating. Check the bulbs regularly. If one burns out, you can easily replace it with the included H11 12V 55W bulbs. Remember, the brackets have a lifetime warranty, but this doesn't cover car accidents.
