Product Information

Part #: BLT - SUB - 3.0XT - R Twin Scroll. This high - performance twin - scroll turbocharger for Subaru WRX and STi JDM models comes with water pipes, an oil feed line, and a ported exhaust housing. It can boost your vehicle's power up to an impressive 550HP! The specs include a Garrett Ball bearing CHRA, a 60mm turbine wheel, a 76mm XT compressor wheel, and it can handle 55 lbs per minute. It features a BPT Twin Scroll Turbine housing. Note that a JDM Twinscroll header, uppipe, and downpipe are required for installation.

Using this turbocharger is a great way to boost your Subaru WRX or STI's performance. First, make sure you have all the necessary parts like the JDM Twinscroll header, uppipe, and downpipe for installation. When installing, follow the standard automotive installation procedures. After installation, start your vehicle and check for any leaks in the water pipes and oil feed line. For daily use, let the engine warm up before pushing it hard. When you're done driving, give the turbocharger some time to cool down before turning off the engine. This helps prevent damage to the turbo components. As for maintenance, regularly check the oil level and quality as the turbocharger relies on proper lubrication. Also, keep an eye on the exhaust housing for any signs of wear or damage. If you notice any strange noises or a drop in performance, it's a good idea to have the turbocharger inspected by a professional.
