Product Information

Part #: TR - TS1000. The TR TD05 - 18G Turbo is an excellent all - around turbo upgrade for your street car. It's quite similar to the factory VF39 Turbo, but it spools up faster and can handle up to 350WHP. If you want to keep your car a great daily driver, this turbo is a perfect choice. It comes with all the necessary fittings and gaskets, so it's ready to install right out of the box. Turbo Characteristics: Bearing Type: Journal; Flange Type: Standard Subaru 5 - Bolts; Compressor Wheel - In: 50.3 mm, Ex: 68 mm; Turbine Wheel - In: 56 mm, Ex: 49.2 mm; Actuator: 1.3 Bar / 19 psi; Turbine Housing: 7 cm2; Max. Power: 400 HP. Kit Contents: Turbocharger, Actuator, Oil Pipe, Water Pipe, Gaskets, Hardware kits. Model Number: TR - TS1000.

Using your Tomioka TD05 - 18G Turbocharger is straightforward. First, make sure your car is turned off and cooled down. Take the turbocharger out of the box and check that all the parts in the kit are included. Install the turbo using the provided gaskets, oil pipe, water pipe, and hardware kits. The flange type is a standard Subaru 5 - Bolts, so it should fit your car easily. When starting your car after installation, let it idle for a few minutes to allow the oil to circulate properly. As for maintenance, check the oil regularly to ensure the turbo is well - lubricated. Also, keep an eye on the actuator pressure. If you notice any strange noises or a decrease in performance, it's a good idea to have your turbo checked by a professional. Remember, this turbo can handle up to 400 HP, but don't push it beyond its limits if you want it to last.
