Product Information

Part #: IS - NIS - 1338. This ISR Performance Brake Line Kit is designed specifically for 2009 - 2010 Nissan 370Z models equipped with Akebono Brakes. In the box, you'll find 2 front brake line assemblies and 2 rear brake lines. Installation should be done by a pro. First, raise the vehicle, remove wheels, and drain brake fluid. Then, carefully take out the old lines, being careful not to splash paint. Note the positions of C - clips and banjos. Clean all sealing surfaces. Fit the new lines along the original OEM path, making sure all tabs and brackets are properly attached. Check the hose lengths, ensuring they're not kinked or twisted. Tighten the banjo bolts and end fittings to the recommended torque. Bleed the brakes with fresh DOT - approved fluid. Before test - driving, check for tight connections and no leaks. After 100 miles, recheck again. Don't mix rubber and stainless - steel lines, and never force stainless - steel hoses. All ISR Performance products are for off - road use only.

Using this ISR Performance brake line kit is a great way to upgrade your 2009 - 2010 Nissan 370Z with Akebono Brakes. First, find a professional mechanic to install it. They'll start by raising the vehicle, removing the wheels, and draining the old brake fluid. Then they'll take out the old lines. Remember to note where the C - clips and banjos are. Clean the areas where the new lines will be attached. When fitting the new lines, make sure they follow the original path. Check that the hoses aren't kinked or twisted. Tighten the bolts to the right torque. After that, use fresh brake fluid to bleed the brakes. Before you take your car for a spin, double - check that all connections are tight and there are no leaks. After driving 100 miles, give everything another look. Don't mix different types of brake lines on the same system, and never try to force or stretch the stainless - steel hoses. And always remember, this product is for off - road use only.
