Product Information

Part #: PRW - PWTMIC00B. When you upgrade your car with components like exhausts, injectors, and intakes to boost horsepower, it's a smart move to add a larger top - mount intercooler. But size isn't everything. Process West used strict design and testing to create an intercooler that offers great power, performance, and cooling. This 3.5 - inch thick intercooler is designed to make the most of the incoming air, lower outlet temperatures, and generate more power. The turbo compressor outlet to intercooler y - pipe design ensures even airflow distribution, smooth air delivery, and less turbulence. Dyno tests showed increased horsepower and torque, along with a drop in peak temperatures. The kit includes the intercooler core, Y - pipe, coupler, worm clamps, and an extended line for your PCV system.

Using this Process West top mount intercooler is quite straightforward. First, make sure your car is turned off and cooled down. Then, carefully install the intercooler core in the designated spot according to your car's manual. Connect the Y - pipe, coupler, and use the provided worm clamps to secure the connections tightly. Attach the extended line to your PCV system. When it comes to maintenance, check the connections regularly to make sure they're still tight and there are no signs of leakage. Keep the intercooler clean by gently washing it with water when it gets dirty. Also, watch out for any signs of damage or wear. If you notice any issues, it's best to get it checked by a professional right away. And always follow your car's regular maintenance schedule for the best performance.
