Product Information

The Blouch TD05H - 16G - XT turbocharger offers the best value in a 16G upgrade. It combines the advanced aerodynamics of the Blouch 41 lb/min fully - machined billet XT compressor in a TD05 compressor housing with the fast - response Mitsubishi TD05H turbine in a 7cm2 nozzle area turbine housing. The standard wastegate actuator is set at 9 PSI. If you have an EJ20 in a WRX, this turbo is a great upgrade. It's a direct - bolt - on upgrade, comes with coolant pipes and a turbo oil drain tube installed, and doesn't require any modifications to intake, exhaust, oil, or coolant connections during installation. Ideal for Subaru WRX/STi, it can reach up to 410HP.

Using your Blouch TD05H - 16G - XT turbocharger is straightforward. First, since it's a direct - bolt - on upgrade, you can install it without modifying intake, exhaust, oil, or coolant connections. Just make sure to connect the pre - installed coolant pipes and turbo oil drain tube properly. When starting your vehicle, let the engine warm up a bit before pushing it hard, as this helps the turbocharger reach its optimal working temperature. As for maintenance, regularly check the oil level as the turbo relies on proper lubrication. Also, keep an eye on the wastegate actuator, which is calibrated at 9 PSI. If you notice any unusual noises or a drop in performance, it's a good idea to have it checked by a professional. And remember, always use high - quality engine oil to ensure the longevity of your turbocharger.
