Product Information

Part #: TR - TS1020. The well - loved stock replacement TR TD05 - 18G turbo now features a billet wheel. It can boost performance compared to VF39 and TD04 turbos and is at least 10% more efficient than the regular TD05 - 18G. With a 400HP rating, it's an ideal turbo for daily - driven Subarus! Turbo details: Bearing Type is Journal, Flange Type is Standard Subaru 5 - Bolts. Compressor Wheel: In is 50.3 mm, Ex is 68 mm. Turbine Wheel: In is 56 mm, Ex is 49.2 mm. Actuator is 1.3 Bar / 19 psi, Turbine Housing is 7cm, and Max. Power is 400 HP. Kit includes Turbocharger, Gaskets, Actuator, Oil Pipe, Water Pipe, and Hardware Kits.

Using your new billet TD05 - 18G turbocharger is simple. First, make sure your vehicle is turned off and cooled down. Install the turbocharger following the included hardware kits and gaskets, connecting the oil and water pipes properly. The actuator needs to be set up according to the specifications. When you start your Subaru, the turbo will start working to enhance performance. As for maintenance, check the oil level regularly as it's crucial for the turbo's smooth operation. Every few months, inspect the gaskets for any signs of wear or leaks. If you notice any strange noises or a drop in performance, have your turbo checked by a professional. Also, don't push your turbo to its limit right away; let it break in gently for a few hundred miles.
