This ACT SB9 - HDR6 clutch kit is a perfect fit for 2002 - 2005 Subaru WRX, 2004 - 2005 Subaru Forester XT, and 2004 - 2005 Subaru Baja Turbo. It features a rigid 6 - pad race clutch disc paired with a well - loved Heavy Duty pressure plate. You'll experience a light to moderate pedal feel, aggressive engagement, and it can handle up to 555ft/lbs of torque. This kit is ideal for race cars only. The ACT Heavy Duty pressure plates use an exclusive diaphragm design. It increases clamp load, reduces deflection, and maximizes clutch life. All diaphragms go through a four - stage heat - treating process for top - notch performance. The pressure plates have precision cover stampings for rigidity and consistency. The 6 - pad rigid race discs are made of high - quality ceramic friction materials. The heat - treated chrome - moly hub offers strength and durability. The lightweight, rigid design allows for quicker shifts and smooth service. With the 6 - pad disc, engagement is harsher but shifting is faster. It's recommended for larger clutch sizes to absorb more heat. The Monoloc is a one - piece direct replacement or upgrade for pull - type clutches. Its spring tension is carefully calculated for optimal performance. It provides uniform loading on the bearing and pressure plate. The hardened chrome - moly steel construction of Monoloc ensures long - lasting service. This kit includes a 6 Pad Rigid Race Disc, a Heavy Duty Pressure Plate, an Alignment Tool, a Pilot Bearing, and a Release Bearing.
